Abrazos is hiring therapists to join our early team in two new initiatives serving Santa Fe and Rio Arriba Counties:

Apoyo Program: Provides behavioral health services for Latino, immigrant, and mixed-status families. Therapists in Apoyo often work with Spanish-speaking clients and families, supporting them as they navigate immigration challenges, acculturation, and community connection.

Northern Program: Provides behavioral health services for Hispanic and Native families in Santa Fe, Española, nearby pueblos, and rural communities across Rio Arriba County. Therapists in the Northern Program support culturally responsive care in both town and rural settings, partnering with families who bring deep traditions of resilience and healing.

Role Details
• Part-time roles (6–9 clinical hours weekly)
• W-2 employment
• Paid administrative time and credentialing support
• Regular supervision, training, and monthly team meetings focused on culturally responsive care

Compensation & Benefits
• $85–$105/hour for clinical work (with paid administrative time)
• PTO accruals based on hours worked
• Access to clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
• Pathways to expanded hours or full-time employment as programs grow

As members of our founding team, therapists will help shape how services take root and grow within each program, in close partnership with local communities.
